“We were totally misinformed about this tour. We were told that we were to meet at ferry. Unfortunately when we got to our meet location that we had to travel some 25 minutes on main roads and highways to get to the Island. This was not something my wife and I were willing to risks as seniors in our 70’s. We tried a different tour in a Gocar but this turned out to be a disaster. We should in all fairness get a full refund but thus far the Viator customer support is useless. Ugh”
